And "books" are the quintessence of our predecessors' fruits of labor, it's the source of us to acquire knolwedge. Teachers in order to teach students learning the best and the fastest way of acquiring knowledge should generally establish their own knowledge hierarchy, thus, to be able to enrich students' knowledge.

摘 要
"开卷有益"这是自古以来人们的共识。每一个人要想在知识的山峰上，登得越高，看到更壮阔的景色，就要拥有渊博的知识。因为，知识是人类通向进步、文明和发展的唯一途径。而“书”是前人劳动与智慧的结晶，它就是我们获取知识的源泉。我们教师为了让自己的学生变得更聪明，让他们的知识更丰富，逐步的建立起属于他们自己的知识体系，就应该教会他们最正确、最快速的获取知识的方法。
Abstract: “ Reading enriches the mind” is the consensus of the people since ancient times. If one wants to climb even higher and see more magnificent scenery in the knowledge peak, he should have profound knowledge, because knowledge is the only way for human being to go to progress, civilization, and development. It is well known that “Book” is the crystallization of the labor and wisdom of our predecessors; also is the sources for us to acquire knowledge. As a teacher in order to make our students more intelligent, let them master more rich knowledge and establish their knowledge system graally, we should teach them to master the most correct and most rapid method for acquiring knowledge.
