不是啊，比如说主语是人的时候，she
is
beautiful.
beautiful是形容词吧，这句话就没加to
do不定式。
当it作形式主语时，采用
it's
+形容词+to
do这个句型的，意思是“做什么什么事情是怎么怎么样的”。如
it's
easy
to
answer
the
question.并不是必须be+形容词后面要接to
do,得看主语。
