1) n.There is no need for/of sth.

in need (of...)
2) Vt need sb/sth
need sb/sth to do sth
need doing=need to be done
Modal Verb need (not) do sth
needn't have done sth
e.g.I need you/your help.
I need you to help me.
My watch needs repairing.=My watch needs to be repaired.
You needn't finish your work now.
You needn't have asked him for help.I could help me.
There's no need for/of my help.
There's no need for me to do it now.
We are in great need of good teachers.
2.either/neither
adj/pron 两者都可以加名词/单独使用/加of...
区别:
1)either是指"两者之间任意一个",含义为全部肯定.
either还可以指"也",但用于否定句尾.
有常见短语 either...or...(或者...或者...),意思是两者挑一.
2)neither是指"两者之间任意一个都不...",含义为全部否定
neither=not...,either(也不),经常可以引导倒装.
有常见短语 neither...nor...(既不...也不...),含义为两者都否定.
e.g.Either/Neither (of you two) is right.
There are many shops on either side of the street.
I'm not a teacher,either.
Either you or I am right.
Neither he nor she is right.
I can't sing.Neither can my sister.
