corporation是a big company,or a group of companies acting together as a single organization，中文是法人，社团，公司，企业。它主要指大公司或是联合体，但是不强调它的盈利性。
company是an organization that makes or sells goods or services in order to get money，释义强调它的盈利性，但是公司的规模可大可小。
