In the morning after I get up,I usually have a bottle of milk,a piece of bread and an egg as my breakfast.The milk is of high protein and Calcium which can help people own a good immunity and in case of osteoporosis.In my lunch,I always eat easily like Jiaozi or noddles,both of which only contain the basic carbohydrate needed bu us for each meal.As to say the supper,it's always very rich.First of all,meat is needful for it owms lots of protein and trace element.Besides,I like eating fish,and eating more fish can make you become smarter.Of course,the rice is needful as well the vegetable,both of which contain lots of dietary fibre,helping us own a good digestion.In addition,to have some fruit is necessary,I always eat apples and oranges which own lots of Vitamin C.
