Nobody will be happy all the time. Many things around us can affect our feelings. For example, if you can’t get along well with others or you fail an exam, you may have bad feelings.What should we do when we’ re in bad spirits?
First, learn to smile at life. Smiling to yourself can bring back your confidence .Smiling to others also will bring you more happiness. It will make others be glad to talk with you. So, the more you smile, the happier you will be.
Second, do sports everyday. Doing sports can build you up. It can also make you happy .When you play sports, you can forget the sadness. You will not think about those bad experiences .Your life will be full of sunshine once again.
Third, talk with your parents when you feel sad. You can tell them about your thoughts and feelings. Learn to get help from your parents.
Finally ,color can also affect our feelings .when you stay in low spirits, you can put on red clothes. Because it can give you energy and make you confident
