人脸识别相关最好的还是CV界三大国际会议：
ICCV: IEEE International Conference on Computer Vision
CVPR: IEEE Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition
ECCV: European Conference on Computer Vision

然后是人脸和手势识别专门的会议：
FG: IEEE International Conference on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition
再下来是workshop:
AMFG: IEEE workshop on Analysis and Modeling of Faces and Gestures，以前是和ICCV合开的，现在和CVPR合开。
