This February, the incident at Shanghai of the "poisonous uniform" has yet sparked another heated debate on whether or not, the students should wear wear uniform at school.
In my opinion, uniforms enforces the idea of discipline, which is absolutely necessary for a school.
However, the type and the style of the uniforms are often uncomfortable and rather inelegant-looking.
Therefore, i believe that it would wonderful to let students to wear their own clothes, as they are often more comfortable which in turn provides a better environment for the students to study in.

The necessity of wearing school uniforms has been a hot topic lately.In my opinion,it is understandable for us to be officially asked to wear school uniforms at school.

Firstly,the adoption of school uniforms policies can surely promote school safety,improve school discipine and create a better environment for us. Secondly,the comparison of clothes won't exist if every student wears the same uniform,thus they can get more concentrated on their studies.
Last but not the least,although not feeling very comfortable,school uniforms in some way represent the school's culture and value,which are important enough for us students to keep around.
