apologize with，带着……道歉，介词后接道歉的态度、动作或其它东西（如补偿）；
apologize to，向……道歉，介词后接道歉的对象。
例：
The Speaker apologized for what he said.
议长为他说的话道歉。
If I do something wrong, I will apologize with a good grace.
如果我做错了事，我会欣然道歉。
She apologized to everyone who had been affected.
她向每个受到影响的人道歉。
The editor apologized to the author for his carelessness with a bad grace at last.
最后，编辑不情愿地为他的草率向作者道了歉。
