With the development of society and economy, human resource as the most valuable resource is playing a more and more important part in the management of an enterprise. Especially when knowledge economy times is coming, the focus of global competition is transferring to human resource of an enterprise more and more, and the comprensive competity of an enterprise's human resource has become a key to determining whether it can win in a new round competition. However, the traditional idea of human resource man agement can't adapt to meeting the demand of knowledge-typed human of a modern enterprise, which makes an enterprise has to adapt the competitive market when it is seeking for new creative concept of human resource management.
