if i was a principal of a school, i think the first thing i would do, is to emphasis the importance of morality.It is very neccessary to let all my students understand, and develop a heathy and noble personality.Because this is the basic requirement for them in the future, this helps them to fit into the community better.But this doesn't mean i would set horrible punishments to my students to make sure they are 'noble' enough.They first thing i would teach my students must be 'respect'. they should learn how to listen while others are talking; they should learn how to eat with their mouth closed and push their chair into the table in order show respect to the cleaners; they should learn not to betray their friends; they should also learn how to respect people's love towards them.I would also teach them to appreciate, appreciate all the things they gain and keep optimistic all the time.
