其实语法很简，别把它看复杂了。这不是固定搭配。是一个对主语进行否定的简单否定句式。
no，形容词，作主语的定语。
(good thing)，主语。
ever，副词，作状语。
dies.谓谓。

类似的否定主语的句子，如，
No gold is (fully) pure, no man is pefect.
Nothing is pefect.

不是固定搭配，你可以把no good thing ever dieds理解成nothing good ever dies或good thing never dies，就是所有美好的东西都不会逝去。另外，没有冠词，例如No one goes to the party. 需要冠词么？
