修改app.config的内容为: 如果没有就新建一个app.config

安装.NET4.0后不会有.Net 2.0版本的组件，应该是水晶报表的某个组件需要调用.Net2.0版本的某个组件，而那个组件的4.0版本跟2.0版本又不兼容引起的，你去把2.0版本的那个组件找出来应该就解决问题了，希望能帮到你……

Visual Studio doesn't have Crystal Reports Components after VS2008, so you have to download it and install it manually to your Visual Studio 2010, and then try to compile again.

Search "Crystal Reports for VS2010", download and install, compile again.追问“Crystal Reports for VS2010”is Installed.Above problems still occur.
