CK series machine tool is a kind of Swiss high speed precision CNC vertical lathe with high precision and high reliable performance. Employing a design of al spindles and al independently controlled systems, it releazes synchronization and Z axis synchronization of high precision. The main and back spindles may run simultaneously to be able to do machining by once clamping back,not only ensuring the accuracy of but also improving the machining efficiency. The main and back spindles all use speedy precision motor spindles, equipped with high resolution encoder, and high strength casting bed, and design of high rigidity.
It has 7 control axes, i.e, X1, Y1, Z1, C1, X2, Z2, and C2, with division accuracy of axes C1, C2 reaching to 0.001°.The maximum installation can be 19 tools, realizing integrated machining of turning, milling, boring, wring,drilling, taping, etc. With an auto-feeder equipped, it is able to realize continuous machining,improve the machining efficiency
