一般来说三明治里面的火鸡都是切片的。
二楼和五楼用 pieces 感觉比较奇怪。

四楼就更不用讲了
火鸡肉是不可数的，但“片”是可数的
当你说几片时，还是要用 how many
除非你直接说 how much turkey

所以还是一楼的翻译比较正确。
by the way, 他用的是过去完成时，是正确的。
当然你用一般过去时 how many slices of turkey did you put in this sandwich 也正确。
