A controversial debate recently on China railway services concerns us, which is which one is the priority, speed or safety.
There is no doubt that safety should be placed in the first place. No matter what advanced trains they are, they must have been examined carefully to ensure passagers' safety before it can be put into business. The tragic event of WenZhou train must be remembered, for numerous people have lost their lives. The event once again emphasizes the management of railway services must be consolidated. From my point of view, Chinese government need to make more efforts to improve railway safety.
