In response to the Invitation to Bids dated July 2nd, 2010 and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Required Bid Response Items and Proforma Contract Documents, the undersigned are hereby submitting our Bids, which includes this Commercial Bid, and a Technical Bid sealed under a separate envelope as well as a Price Bid sealed also under a separate envelope. And the undersigned hereby proposes to Guangdong Zhuhai Golden Bay LNG Ltd. (OWNER) to perform THE WORK as requested therein in accordance with the provisions of the Bidding Documents, and at the lump sum price stated for the items set forth in Price Bid.
我们根据2010年7月2日的投标邀请，在此提呈我们的标书；按照‘投标人须知’、‘投标所需物件’及‘合同文件样本’的要求，我们将商务标和技术标分别密封于一个信封内，价格标也被密封于另一个信封内。我们作为以下的签署人，在此向广东珠海金湾液化天然气有限公司（业主）提议，由我们按投标文件规定的要求执行该‘工程’，工程造价按价格标所定的总价为准。

The undersigned agrees that this Bids constitutes a firm offer to OWNER which will remain valid for ninety (90) days from and after the deadline for submission of the bids (closing date).

The undersigned certifies that it has examined and is fully familiar with all of the provisions of Bidding Documents including the Proforma Contract Documents and any addenda thereto and that it has fully satisfied itself as to the nature and location of all WORK to include any site conditions and all other matters which can in any way affect THE WORK or cost and risk thereof.

In the event that a CONTRACT is awarded the undersigned will promptly submit all the documentation required by CONTRACT or requested by OWNER and at the times specified.

The undersigned is fully aware that if chosen for award of a CONTRACT, such CONTRACT will be in the form, content and manner of the Proforma CONTRACT, which is part of the Bidding Documents.
以下签署人完全明白，如果中标签署合同，‘合同’的形式、内容及方式将完全遵照投标文件中的‘合同文件样本’。
The undersigned understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any Bid you may receive.
以下签署人了解‘业主’没有义务接受最低竞价或任何投标。

The undersigned is fully aware that in the event the Bids are withdrawn after the time and date set for Bid opening, within the period of Bid validity, his Bid Security may be forfeited by OWNER.
以下签署人完全清楚，如果在规定了开标日期与时间后退出竞标，‘业主’在标书有效期内，可以没收‘投标保证金’。

The undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt, understanding and full consideration of the following addenda to the Bidding Documents.
