not more than 不到，少于，< 。
1 火车站离公园的距离 不超过 3 公里。It is not more than 3 kilometres from the railway station to the park。
2 那个女孩的年龄 应该 不会超过30 岁。That girl is not more than 30。
3 教室里面的人 不超过10 人。There are not more than 10 people in the classroom。
4 办公室里的人 多于10人 / 多于 10人。There are more than 10 people in the office。

这两个词的用法及区别,很明显是不一样的.
no more than:是相当于一个“副词”（adv.）。意思是：“ 只是”
例如: I am no more than a worker.
我仅仅是个工人。
分开用时表示“和……一样、正如……一样”。
He is no more deligent than I am.
他和我一样不勤奋。
not more than：是相当于一个“名词”（n.）。意思是: “至多”
例：The experiment was done by not more than 5 persons.
做这个试验的人至多5个 。
The distance between the subway station and the park is not more than 3 kilometers.
The girl mustn't be more than 30.
The number of people in the classroom is not more than 10.
The number of people in the office is more than 10.
