1、纯可可粉味道很苦,可以选择无糖豆浆粉与可可粉搭配,水温在七十到八十度,因为豆浆粉含大豆纤维,又含钙质,营养丰富,当然熟的黄豆粉配着冲更好,苦加一点蜂蜜或代糖,代糖不是真的糖。代替糖相对低热量,不会引起血糖升高与发胖,是健康的食物,比如:木糖醇,元贞糖,在生活中较常见。
