为什么在人类历史上每个时代都能维持很久，是因为这个社会很好？还是这个社会人人平等？都不是，或者说，如过人人平等的话，反而游戏改变的速度更会加快。试想一下，游戏过程中，自然有统治者和被统治者，统治者的生活自当舒适，肯定是想游戏长期的玩下去，被统治者则正好相反，有人会问了，都这样了游戏好能进行下去吗？这不好说，就象现在人们的生活一样，*和有钱的富人算是强势吧，权利金钱互相转换，形成了最强大的盾牌。穷人和基层工人算是弱势了，不管是地位还是生活都要低人一等。难道他们愿意？难道他们满意现在的游戏？当然不是，问题就在于，他们不玩游戏有两种结果，要么改变游戏规则，成为新的统治者，要么离开游戏。
一个游戏规则不可能永远玩下去，被统治者想离开游戏很简单，买瓶安眠药，保证无痛苦离开。改变游戏规则就难了，需要有比统治者更加强大的力量，而且要在被统治者生存不下去的时候。因为只有这样，被统治阶级才会为了生存而拼命。所以历史上聪明的统治者在自己天天吃肉的时候，不会忘记给被统治者几根骨头，然后强迫被统治者对他们滔滔不决的感恩。这就象现在某一个房地场富人为灾区捐了几个小房子就使灾民痛哭流涕的时候，有谁会想想富人的钱是从哪里来的？
我相信，当统治阶级的脑子变的愚笨的时候，当他们蠢到吃完了肉的骨头都不肯给被统治阶级的时候，当少数肥的流油的统治者来统治绝大多数骨瘦如柴的被统治阶级的时候，游戏规则即将*！
