Since summer school starts, so many stuff should be sorted.
First of ALL, let's talk about the most important thing except study and sleep, that is healthy diet!
Here is MY marvellous LIST for everyday.
1. drink a lot of water
2. breakfast:
one egg+ cereals with dried fruit and nuts+ milk/yoghrut
3. lunch: sandwiches+ three different fresh fruit
(i.e. apple/banana/cheery tomato/grapes etc)
4. dinner:
one dish of vegi+ one dish of meat (optional)+ rice/noodles
5. chew the food well and slowly
6. night:take milk thirty minutes before sleep
Give a try, you might find you own way to be healthy~
