1.最近我发现自己的体重又增加了5KG
Recently I found that my weight increased 5kg./Recently I gained 5kg.
2. 刚刚测量体重，发现我瘦了2KG
Just now I measured my weight, and I found that I lost 2kg of weight.
3. 对她测量体温后发现，她根本就没有发烧，只是有轻微的 / 严重的 咳嗽，需要服药 或是打针，会渐渐康复。
After measured her temperature I found that she didn't have a fever at all. She only has a slight/serious cough. She needs to take medicine or have an injection and then she will be graally recoverd.
4.测量高度 / 深度
measure the height/depth

测量体重一般不说 measure my weight 之类的话、体重是需要 weigh（称）才能决定的。
所以英语里，通常会直接说 weigh myself 这样就可以了，而且这个说法也比较地道。
