一个基本原则：不要把太多信息塞到一句话中。还有一些词的用法也要注意。修改后如下：

Hello everyone, I am xx from China. My Korean name is very easy to remember, xx , only two characters.If you reverse the order of them, it means Australia.
I've been in Korea for about 2 years. During this period, I have taken 2 years Korean course in the Korean language department of Yonsei University and graated from it.
During these two years, I kept studying korean. The bad thing is that I almost forget English, while the good thing is I haven't yet disremembered my Chinese.
I've found a problem that there seems to be a conflict between English and Korean. Now I always bite into my tongue whenever I speak English, but it never happened before.
I have a lot of interests, especially in sports. At the same time I like making friends with others. If anyone of you wants to learn Chinese ,please contact me.

我觉得有些词可以省略例如especially前的and，多用句号，少些逗号。
found 最好改成find，因为你全篇几乎都用现在时，只有一个过去时的话，会使文章有些突兀。
happened是发生的过去时，我相信你是打错了。
During this period中，把this改成that
文章整体很好，但我建议多使用高级词汇，你的文章会更出彩的。
