'little' 代表没有或没的意思 比如：Obama's presidency had little impact in countering the economic crisis in the USA。 'a little' 代表一点点或有些 比如：Obama's presidency had a little impact in countering the economic crisis in the USA, eventually resulting in a better financial situation for the Americans. little of代表一点点但是对莫几个东西，或数目不定的 比如：which one whould you like? i have little of all. a little of 代表数目比较小的，量不多的 I have a little of all. lot＝多，大量 lots ＝多，大量（是lot的复数） Lots of 和 a lot of 两个都是以非常多，大量的(不可数名词)。它们都是用在可数和不可数的名词前面 比如：We need a lot of people for this game. 比如：She likes lots of jam on her toast. a lot 是用在句子的后面，作为副词，A lot 的后面不可以是名词 比如：I enjoy swimming a lot. 望采纳
