原料:白米、青菜、牛肉、鸡蛋
做法:
1. 牛肉洗干净切片放入姜丝、葱白、精盐、鸡精、白糖、酱油、蚝油、麻油、嫩肉粉、生粉然后搅匀腌制好放一边备用。
2. 把泡过的米放进煲仔内,按分量加水放上炉具直接加热。
3. 当锅内冒大泡时用筷子适当搅拌,待水差不多干时,沿着煲仔边淋上少许油,适当转动,在煲里结成一层锅巴。
4. 放进事先腌制好的牛肉,淋上少许蚝油(可不用),调至小火,鸡蛋打破铺在牛肉面上,盖上锅盖。
5. 另起砂锅将青菜灼熟,待到牛肉八成熟时直接关火,切记不可开盖,继续焗十分钟。
6. 等到焗的时间足够,放入青菜即成窝蛋牛肉煲。
