Chinese cabbage plays an important part in baskets in China, and so the quality of Chinese cabbage affect directly the vegetable market and people's life.
In order to advance the proctivity of Chinese cabbage and the resistibility against severe circumstances, the liquid nitrogen(-196℃) was used to process 3 varieties of Chinese cabbage seeds in this research, testing their growth and cold resistance.

The results showed that seeds after processed by liquid nitrogen grew better than the comparison sample(without low-temperature processed);
