finally adv.最后；终于；决定性地=eventually,ultimately,lastly
at last 终于,到底,毕竟,好容易才in the end,at length,in fine
lastly adv.最后,终于
以上三个都可以表示最后、终于.而last一般表示上次：
last adv.最后地；上次,最近；最后一点
例：
The food finally arrived at the end of last week and distribution began.
The food arrived at last at the end of last week and distribution began.
食物终于在上周末抵达并开始分发.
The action slips from comedy to melodrama and finally to tragedy.
The action slips from comedy to melodrama and lastly to tragedy.
剧情由喜剧慢慢发展成闹剧,最后又演变为悲剧.

____这两者是有细微的差别的:
at　last和finally的区别主要是：finally既可以用于表示时间位置（相当于at　last,in　the　end）,也可以用于表示时间的先后顺序（如同first,second,third,next,then,last）,这种用法的finally相当于to　conclude.at　last只能指时间位置,不能指时间顺序,而且在语义上是指经过周折,等待,耽搁的“终于”,“最后”。例如：
1)　Finally　the　“International”　was　sung.
最后唱了国际歌。
2)　What　decision　did　you　finally　arrived　at?
你们最终做出了什么样的决定?
3)　At　last　man　learnt　how　to　make　the　right　machine　to　carry　him　through　the　air.
人类终于学会了/掌握了制造载人穿越太空的理想器械的技术。
4)　At　last　the　confusion　was　cleared.
这种混乱状况终于澄清了。
