The main building of the Potala Palace is 117 meters high. It looks like a building of 13 storeys, but actually it is a 9-storey one; thereinto, it has palazzos, a soul-tower temple, a family hall for worshipping Buddha, a scripture hall, Buddhist dormitories, courtyard and so on from soup to nuts.
