Aschoff body：又称风湿小体，常见于心肌间质小血管旁、心内膜下和皮下结缔组织。风湿小体中心部位为纤维素样坏死灶，周围有各种细胞成分：①风湿细胞，细胞体积较大，胞浆丰富，嗜碱性，单核或多核，核大，空泡状，核膜清楚，核的横切面状似鹰眼，纵切面上，染色质状如毛虫，称为Aschoff细胞，一般认为来自心肌间的组织细胞。②成纤维细胞和少量浸润的炎细胞(主要是淋巴细胞)。
