先确定要做成什么口味,用适当的调味品腌好鸡。然后根据鸡的大小和老嫩程度,放适量的水到锅内,放入鸡,盖好,大火烧开,即大排气阀排气两次后,转小火继续烧。如果是老鸡 而且是炖汤的,继续炖半小时,嫩鸡炖十来分钟就可以了。
