Dear xxx,

I am so sorry to let you know that we can not finish all the beads by the end of this month, it's about 50,000. If we can have 3 to 4 more days, we definately can finish all, delivery time will be around 4th June.

We are hastening the workshop everyday, but as the OLYMPIC GAME, all the dipping factories and material factories are starting to limit the power usage, this is what we can not predict, we have checked through all over Qing, almost half of China and sent all my stocks to you, we have no more stocks at all, and have to proce new again. We can make 10,000 to 15,000 each day, next Tuesday we will send out some orders, I will let you know the exactly amount next Monday.

I am really sorry about not implementing the commitment on delivery time and the quantity all the time. We have no much experiences on beads order, we all trust the words from the workshop (about time and quantity) , and then pass it to you, but finally, the workshop did not make their words and cause your lose. We are sorry for that. Are there anything we can do to make up? If you have better idea, please let me know, we will take part reponsibility for the order.

I don't know what to say now, it is all our mistakes, our boss is in deep self-accusation for can not make his commitment happen. We are really sorry for telling you such a result, but we have already try our best really!

Dear Sir,
I'm sorry to tell you that beadsof the mount of almost 15,000 can't be available at the end of this month. Fortunatly, we can fulfill the delivery on around 4Jun,2008 if you can extend the days for 3 or 4 days.
For the full performance of the delivery, we urge, by our best, our factory. Unfortunatly, for the sake of Olynpic Games,there is a limitation of power Qing,in Shandong Province,especially the factories. It is not an exception for Gold-plated plants and stuff works, that directly impacted on us so as not to realize our promise. Now to rece the possible loss caused by us we deliver you all available goods of our company. We will give you a passel of goods whose details would be given next monday, although our output is only around10,000~15,000.
We are really sorry that we are not able to realize our promise for the shortage of experience in this field and would respond the partial losscaused by us.Certaintly, we are very grateful if you can give better proposal.

I am very sorry to tell you that about 50,000 beads we can't coplete before this month, I promise we can finish them if you can give us 3 or 4 days delay, and outcoming date will be about 4th June.
We are keep on urging the factory everyday. But because of the Olympic Games, The Qing gold-plating plant and the materal supplier begin to limit the electricity consumption, these are all besides out expectatiom. We have checked the storage all over Qing and whole Cina, All of the storage have already sent to you, and there are no storage here now .we can only proce more. The capacity now is about 10,000 to 15,000 pcs. We will send you some of them next Tuesday, i will tell you the quantity next Monday.
I felt guilt that the promises i gave about the date and quantity each time didn't come ture.
We didn't have the experience of procing beads before , and we promises you the delivery date and the quantity just depend on the suppliers . but at last the suppliers didn't fulfilled their promises , that causes your loss, we felt awfully sorry，and we do not know how to make up for it， if you have better suggestions，please tell me and we will take parts or the resposibilities of these orders.
