born in \born on 和born at的意思不同。
born in 的意思有：
表示在......地方（大地点）出生，如：He was born in Beijing.
表示在......时间出生，如：He was born in April/ 2010/ Spring.
born on 的意思为：在.......时间出生，如：He was born on Tuesday/ April 8th.
born at的意思为：
在......地方（小地点）出生，如：He was born at this hospital.
在......时刻出生，如：He was born at 9:00 p.m. .

而on表示具体某一天；at表示时间点。
eg.
The child was born at the same moment/ on the same date as his / her mother.
