A story of mine(By Kaiser3344)
When I was young I was often naughty and my parents became frequently angry with me.
One day, my mother gave me some money to buy a bag of salt. I went to the shop and bought it. But on my way home, I broke it and the salt run out. I knew I would be scolded by my mother if only I could buy a new one, because the salt looked so dirty. It was a pity that I had no more money. Suddenly I realized the bag was not wholly broken, just a corner was damaged. A good idea came to me. I decided to wash the salt and return it to the partially damaged bag. I smiled and felt very happy. I thought how clever I was!. I picked the salt up and returned it to the bag made of newspaper. I went to a well to wash it. To my surprise , the salt disappeared. I was rather nervous. I didn’t know why! I was afraid of going home without any salt. At last, when I arrived at home, it was dark. My mother was angry and asked why I came back so late. I had to tell her the story. To my surprise, my mother didn’t scold me, in fact, she laughed loudly and told me what a fool I was. At last she explained the reason to me. I laughed at my “good idea” when I listened to her explanation.
Many years past, I cannot forget it. Whenever I recall it, I can’t help laughing.
