我2011年3月4日在网上买了6本书，到后我没在公司同事代签，我回来开包装少了两本。的确应该在送快递面前验货，可我没在公司。不是我本人签收的货。当当说发货没问题，不给我处理，让我以后自己注意下。难道当当不对货品的数量，发现多了两本。我每年都在当当买3-4千元的书，从没发现这种问题，当当的解决就是让我下次注意。我再次投诉，他们说再查查
