Chinese new year is spring festival.It is a big event for Chinese.People start preparing for it one month before it comes . They clean their house ,buy some food and so on. On the eve of spring festival,the whole family gets together for a big dinner.They eat mplings for good luck.People stay up until midnight to celebrate for new year.On the morning of the lunar January 1st,children get up early,they greet their parents for lucky money. In America and England,Chrismas is their new year.
