我认为没必要打发,打发后与炼乳或者与稀释后的炼乳也不是很好混合,容易消泡。但是如果想口感细腻的话,需要在冰淇淋液冷冻到开始结冰时取出来,用电动打蛋器搅打一会后,重新放入冰箱,并且每个半小时取出搅打一次,如此反复4次以上,再将其彻底冻硬。因为直接冻硬容易形成大块的冰块结晶。来自:求助得到的回答

做西瓜味的:先把西瓜切成一块一块的,再用粉粹机把西瓜块弄成汁,然后把事先冰好的冰块也弄碎然后和西瓜汁放在一起。最后买一些奶油,和西瓜冰放在一起就OK了

there are 2 kinds of ice cream, churned, and still frozen
the churned kind include regular sorbet, coupe, spoom, gelato, ice cream, sundae and so on.
still frozen includes bombe, frozen suffle, granite, parfait, and so on.
the churned ice cream needs ice cream machine to make, if you don't have a machine, there's no way to make it.
however, you can make still frozen ones, like parfait.
to make parfait, you need 35% cream, eggs, some fruit puree (it depends what kind of parfait you wanna make), sugar, and a mixer.
