我就是那后者。先自我介绍下，我大你三岁，也是女的，今年大二，专业是英语，外向，能说，极端理性，思想开放，中性气质。自认为轻度心理*，是恐怖*片狂热爱好者，生活中对虐人和自虐有着不一般的兴趣，有严重妄想症和强迫症。但我从来没做过楼主说的这种梦。我的梦只分：日常生活/军事斗争/情感经历（这类极少），从未有类似楼主的梦境出现，更没有什么图像感特写，人体部位切割艺术等等。虽然我挺喜欢电锯惊魂的，1到6情节烂熟于心。
以下是我同样以英文还你的分析，非专业，凭直觉。
Both of the 2 dreams involves naked and violent abuse to young and beautiful girls, at a beautiful scene. As we've seen in many of the Japanese love action movies, the cruelest abuse takes place in beautiful scenes on beautiful people, which makes a great contrast. As for me, such kind of abuse is a part of abnormal love, a conbination of love and hatred. You are expressing a sort of freak love to your own gender. It is said that everybody, more or less, have some homosexual affection. Or, in other words, it's normal to be abnormal. If you believe that dreams represent what you think in daily life, who are the girls representing in your real life, whom you both love and hate? You have to search for the answer yourself.
p.s.: You mentioned in the second dream that the girl's personal place was cut and decked out in a plate to serve as food. Hope that won't affect your appetite in such a hot weather, haha~
