是软件原因,xp进任何游戏,默认软件刷新率都是60,不信楼主自己进游戏以后按下显示器上相应的按钮,看是不是60刷新率...
解决方法是下驱动的补丁
搜索,品牌(nv或者ati) 锁定刷新率
调整cs里用的分辨率的刷新率即可,注意不要超过显示器的刷新率上限,不然黑屏
进入CS控制台,输入FPS_MAX 101 (这是软件刷新率,和显示器没关系,CS1.5,CS1.6里最高就是100)
其他cs优化设置楼上有了

上帝啊，双核的打CS都需要补丁！
4核的更不用说了... 可是现在官网上面还没有公布
什么4核的补丁呀！ 22的用窗口打是必须的！
至于4核心的CPU打CS目前还没有很好的解决办法！

一般来说 主要是修改一些网络参数,并且很多参数是不给修改的
建议楼主在修改了游戏设置以后
对于这些参数 只修改下面几种
rate 20000
cl_rate 20000
cl_updaterate 101( 输入net_gragh3 看到右下脚出现显示fps和条纹了吗,在lan里是不需要改101的,在网战的时候很多人说 把101一直往下面改 知道不出现条纹为止,这些都是没有绝对的,据说nip的几个人都是不修改的,改101,而且毕竟都是lan比赛)
cl_cmdrate 101
加上把fps改成99(fps_max 101)一般就没有什么了
op修改服务器弹道参数(sv_maxrate 20000 sv_maxupdate 101 )
其实只要机器够了 弹道主要是练习怎么样去控制
