have nothing in common with sb：和某人没有共同点。

common是一个英文单词，词性为形容词和名词，译为“普遍的，常见的；公共用地，公地”。

例句：

in common with sb/sth有两个意思:
1、together with sb/sth与某人[某事物]一起：In common with many others, she applied for a training place. 她已和许多人一起申请参加训练.
2、like sb/sth 像某人[某事物]一样: You are in common with me.我们俩志趣相投。

the same as是相同的意思：I think the same as you do about the matter. 我对此事的看法也是和你一样.
