provide主要考点是其两个词组和provided （that）。
词组有
provide sb with sth
provide sth for sb 两个词组的意思都是"为某人提供..".
provided （that）意思是“如果，假若”，可以看成一个连词，例句：

如果看到他有具体的计划，其他银行会很愿意提供帮助。
