The division of scientific spirit and humane spirit is unfavorable to social progress and human development． The scientific spirit with out humane spirit is not the genuine scientific spirit and the humane spirit without scientific spirit is the incomplete humane spirit． The inherent consistency and the fusion of scientific spirit and humane spirit reflects the unity of objective law and subjective purpose． The development of modern society calls for the fusion of the above two kinds of spirit． Some feasible ways to fuse humane spirit and scientific spirit are also presented．
