My name is (your name), I just borrowed a book called (...) on (the date). Unfortunly, I lost the book. Please accept a sincere sorry for this event, I didn't expect that. Apparently I would definly compensate for book and cover the entire costs, although I realize this is a great cause of inconvenience. I sincerely apologize about my personal carelessness and the problem my mistake has caused you. Please understand that I shall try and be more conscious in the coming future.
