另外，除了这些硬性要求之外，美国院校和雇主更看重的是个人的领导能力，沟通能力以及管理能力，除此之外，院校还会比较关注申请者的课外活动内容和取得的成绩。因为酒店管理专业更偏重于管理，所以院校尤其青睐有领导经验的学生，同时最好有在酒店或相关机构实习或者工作的经历。
所以你性格乐观开朗、外向、乐于与人沟通，善于处理人际关系，就很适合读酒店管理专业哦。
三、就业方向
财务、食品服务管理(财务方向)、公共饮食销售经理、饮食经理、酒店管理、商务管理、人力资源、商务、酒店管理、酒店服务管理等等方向，都是可以选择的。
