回答的话是一个强调结构.上面问是不是所有的都送去了医院.答复是It be...that...结构,当that指人是可以用who替代.而且It与only the four 形成呼应,并且the four作为一个整体,用was与之对应.其实,A在语法上没有错误.只是有所答非所问的问题.如果我问: How many passengers on the bus injured in the accident were sent to hospital? 可以回答: There was only the four who got hurt seriously. (There was)可以省略.

选D
这里是it 做形式主语，only the four who got hurt seriously was sent to hospital.
其他的词语没有这个用法。
这里用there be 句型的话，句子就缺主语了。

本人认为B和D都对啊
之所以不选B是因为提问中没有there be 句型缘故吧
所有的在那场事故中的公交车上的乘客都被送往医院了吗？
没有，只有四个人伤得比较严重
D：it is that……=it is (that); that 可省略其实it was 也可省略就可以直接回答“No，only……”
B：语感~因为英语口语是很随意的英国人都不会将中国人出的英文试卷答到满分~
当然为了祖国的应试考试你还是选择D吧~
