put off或delay 后接doing 但procrastinate这个词一般是接on doing的或on sth They dread going to work each day, procrastinate on doing tasks they’d really rather not do, and generally aren’t excited about doing tasks and projects assigned to them by someone else. 对于太多的人来说工作是一份苦差。 他们每天害怕去上班，每天拖延做自己负责的工作，对于别人分配给他们的任务和项目他们并不感兴趣。 This makes us procrastinate on it, waiting for the ever “perfect” moment before we get to it. 这使我们拖延时间，在开始做事前等待所谓的“完美”时机。
