Sometimes customers may meet their favorite style,but more often, they found this shop full of snobbish clothes , of which ,low prices made people not want to buy, the old customer complained that now she is afraid to tell her colleagues that she bought clothes from Yahong. Another complained that sometimes the store's goods were good but sometimes the price were too high, the style were also strange.when used for the fashion show ,these clothes were Ok, but because of their uncomfortable prices, people usually did not wear them. Several others also had similar feelings.
Two small bosses got worried, they knew following the feeling and the tide of purchase alone would not work. but they didnot know in the end what the clothes should be imported, or hwo to meet the types of customers' demand? They recalled that they previously learned a course named "Fashion Marketing" in a school, which seemed to talk about this issue. The next day, Zhang went to the school to look for Zhao teacher who had taught that course before .

The profit has increased, but not so much like expected. Zhang and Li were upset, so they asked some regular customers. One of them said the procts in store do not have their own characteristics, but have been chasing the trend. Sometimes they can see their favorite styles, sometimes they can only see vulgar clothes. They don't dare tell their colleagues that they buy clothes from hongya, because the prices are too cheap which make them lose face. Another customer complained the prices are too high, the style of clothes are strange, which can be only used as model show, but not for daily dress. A couple of other customers share the similar feelings.
The two managers get worried so much. They know it is not workable to make desicion by feeling. Indeed, which customer segamentation is most neccessary to take care of? They remembered clothing marketing program which took in the school. It described some cases like this. The second day, Zhang went to the school to consult with Zhao who teaches that class.
