您好，have for breakfast 中的 have 是属于 have 动词的一种特殊用法。have 除了有（实义动词）的用法，译为【有】以外，还要很多种其他的特殊用法，大概七到九种，实际多少种就看是根据传统语法还是现代语法了。
have for breakfast 中的 have 可以用来替代其他的（实义动词）使用，比如您提到的 eat 和 drink 等和饮食相关的动词。比如：
have lunch = eat lunch
have breakfast = eat breakfast
have a cup of coffee = drinka cup of coffee
have some juice = drink some juice
