首先，didn't和be不能连用，换成wasn't可以考虑。
第二，“意识到”用realize表示“动作”，be aware of 表示的是“知道”的“状态”。
第三，be aware of 后面只能加短语。"his wasting a lot of apportunity "不能说错了，但是用的很不地道。
第四，“直到大学毕业他才意识到”这说明是过去时态了，所以until后面应该直接接从句，he granated from school.
第五，还有一个小问题，opportunity是可数名词，变成复数要用opportunities的。
我是这样翻译的。He didn't realize that so many opportunities had been wasted until he graated from colledge.追问括号里就是aware

直到大学毕业他才意识到”这说明是过去时态了，所以until后面应该直接接从句，he granated from school.那么之前半句用完成时会更好吧！！

追答亲，had been 就是完成时了啊。只不过我用了一个被动句而已啊。
个人觉得那个 agatha321提供的翻译还是很不错的。

1.didn't be乍看起来没错，但外国人不这么用，do（did的原形）叫助动词，be是be动词，基本不同时出现在句子了. 改成wasn't比较好，个人感觉更好的是改成hasn't been
2.opportunity（机会）不知道是你拼写错误是打字笔误了，总之还要将它改成复数：opportunities

综上，基本上你的句子应该改成:He hasn't been\wasn't aware of his wasting a lot of opportunities until graating from college.
这样基本没有致命错误了，但看着总是让人不舒服。因为像until graating这种都是用法比较少见的。

2. He wasn't aware that he had wasted a lot of opportunities until he graated from college.追问友情翻译第一句里是was he 还是反一反？
