谓语是were isolated (被动语态） longer 是副词比较级。修饰isolate.
than 后面省略了isolated,而把were 提到than 的后面。原句than 后面应该是：....than Aluets or Inuits of the Northpacific and northern Alsaka were isolated.但这样的结构不太符合简略的习惯。这句的意思是：白令海的因纽特人被隔绝与欧洲人的联系要比阿留申人或北太平洋，北阿拉斯加的因纽特人（被隔绝）的时间长。

这题考点很简单，有isolated就不能用in isolation，所以答案只剩B\D。有WERE相对要好些，因为前面有对应的were。谓语当然是were isolated，后半句的完整形式是longer than Aleuts or Inuits of the North Pacific and northern Alaska were (isolated).这是个省略后的倒装。明白了么？
