A tiger was looking for food in a large forest when a fox ran by. The tiger sprang forward and caught it.
The fox was frightened, but it had an idea in a blink. "You dare not eat me." it said.
"Why?" the tiger asked.
"I was sent by God to rule all the animals. If you eat me, you're disobeying the God's order. Then you're not a good animal."
The tiger was silent, thinking whether it was true that the fox had been sent the god. Seeing the tiger still in doubt, the fox said seriously, " If you don't think what I said is true, I can take you to see all the animals. I'll walk in front and you follow me. Let's see if all of them are afraid of me."
So the fox led the tiger into the forest. It was true that all the animals, such as deer, sheep, rabbits and so on, ran away as soon as they saw them.
Thus the fox borrowed the tiger's terror and showed its authority before the animals. But tiger did not know that all the animals ran away only because they were afraid of itself.
The story tells us that there is always someone who tries to swagger about in borrowed plumes.
在茂密的大森林里，有一只老虎正在寻找食物。忽然，一只狐狸从它身边窜过，老虎猛扑过去，把它抓住了。
狡猾的狐狸心里十分害怕，可是它眼珠一转，想出了个花招，就故作镇静地对老虎说："你不敢吃我！"
"为什么？"老虎问。
"我是天帝派来治理百兽的。吃了我，就是违抗天帝的命令，就是大逆不道！"
老虎听了不禁停住了，心想：狐狸奉天帝之命，来治理百兽，是真的吗？正当老虎半信半疑的时候，狐狸煞有介事地说："假如你不相信我的话，我可以带着你到百兽面前走一趟。我在前面走，你跟在后面，看它们是不是怕我。"
于是，狐狸和老虎一前一后朝森林中走去。森林里各种各样、大大小小的野兽，比如小鹿啦，羚羊啦，兔子啦，看见狐狸身后的老虎，都吓得四处逃跑。
就这样，狐狸借着老虎在百兽面前威风了一次。可是老虎还不知道上了狐狸的当，不知道是自己吓跑了百兽，还以为它们真的是害怕狐狸呢！
这个故事是说：有些人凭借别人的权势到处招摇撞骗，欺压弱小。

Fox: I’m a Fox. You can see, I’m pretty and lovely. I’m good at cheating 0and telling lies. Just now I cheated a crew out of a piece of meat. Mm, Mm, Mm. How delicious it is!
Tiger: Ah, a Fox. A good meal. Ah, a good meal.
Fox: Oh, my God! What should I do? Yes, I have a good idea. Yes, a good idea. Hello! Tiger sister! How are you?
Tiger: Not so good. I’m very hungry now. I want to eat you.
Fox: Oh, my dear! How dare you say that! I’m the king of the forest! I’m the king of the forest! If you want to eat me, I will let you die right now.
Tiger: She is the king. She is cheating me. I can’t belive her. I’m the king of the forest here.
Fox: If you don’t believe me, just follow me and see who is the king of the forest.
Tiger: Ok. Let’s go.

Bird: I’m a bird.
